body literacy is a human right

Our society is chronically under educated and unacquainted with the rhythms, cycles and seasons of life - from menarche to menopause - in people who menstruate. Our personal development investments, long term health projects and self-care practices should help us understand and nurture our natural biorhythms, and empower us to believe we can heal.

What is a Holistic Fertility guide?

A holistic fertility guide offers guidance for general menstrual care, preconception preparation, and fertility health by providing information, education, recommendations, natural and holistic remedies, emotional support and nutritional suggestions.

A holistic fertility guide is someone professionally trained to support a birthing person during their preconception period to help prepare their body, mind and spirit for pregnancy.

A holistic fertility guide is trained to look at varying factors that may be affecting fertility or menstrual cycle health; and make the necessary recommendations in specific areas to enhance fertility or address issues prohibiting conception on a case by case basis.

A holistic fertility guide is aware of their limitations, and is prepared to recommend other practitioners in a variety of fields to support their client in a whole, complete and fully embodied way, addressing all aspects of life (physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual).

Investment

Your choice of two options depending on your specific needs: a one time consultation, or a long term relationship.

A two(ish!) hour comprehensive consultation is a good choice for someone looking to address a specific reproductive health concern through education and holistic healing suggestions ($130).

Addressing a complex cycle issue, preparing for conception and tracking cycles, or clients needing extra support for problem solving and trouble shooting will benefit greatly from a long term relationship. We will have an initial consultation with a full intake questionnaire and then observe updates over a longer period of time. Pricing starts at $250 a month with a three-month minimum.

“I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Rachel. I reached out to her after deciding to discontinue hormonal birth control after being on it for most of my life, experiencing challenging periods and ovarian cysts, and having lessened connection to my body and reproductive system as a result. Her guidance has allowed me to connect to my body in a way that I hadn’t imagined possible.

Rachel’s approach is incredibly informed, gentle, and nurturing. I feel supported by Rachel in a way that allows me to trust her as my confidant. Rachel handles difficult material in a confident and compassionate manner, while not shying away from the things that are hard to talk about and yet need to be talked about. I have and will continue to recommend Rachel to all of the women in my life. Her depth of knowledge is inspiring and I am grateful to be in her care. Rachel is also a skilled yoga teacher and Reiki Master, and the holistic nature of her practice shines through in all that she offers.”

“Rachel was an excellent help in finding relief for my recent PMDD diagnosis. Rachel was very validating and compassionate when discussing my symptoms and challenges with them. She developed a plan that was individualized and specific to my needs, and ultimately that plan has improved my symptoms and health in general! I highly recommend Revenir Services, LLC, Rachel made me feel better about my reproductive and mental health than any other medical professional I’ve seen in recent years. I look forward to working with Rachel again in the future as I start to plan a family!”

- Julie Albano, MI

“I came to Rachel with really intolerable PMS. My symptoms were beginning roughly three weeks before my bleed; breast tenderness, swelling, bloating - I was miserable and feeling incredibly disconnected from my body. Rachel offered an incredibly thorough assessment and considered all aspects of life that contribute to health. Rachel is knowledgeable, capable & compassionate & she values continuing education. About six months later, my intolerable PMS is gone. GONE! She got me on the right supplements and reminded me that my body is a force to collaborate with. So grateful to you Rachel!!!”

“Rachel helped me take control of my body and taught me the importance of feminine health, as well as sacred self care. Through one-on-one work together she has helped me better understand how to navigate my hormones after a decade on prescription birth control. Rachel also curated a holistic healing approach specific to my needs after a cervical procedure. She has been the perfect consult for my pelvic steaming regimen, as well as a true friend and guide in preparation for fertility. I feel more adequately prepared and empowered in my body. I am excited to continue our work together when I prepare for motherhood.”

- Erica Holm Huntington Woods, MI

“I initially reached out to Rachel because I wanted to stop taking the hormonal birth control pill I had been on for about 10 years. I was nervous about the change and Rachel made me feel heard and supported. She provided so much knowledge and insight with a personalized protocol that helped guide me through the transition. I have also attended many of Rachel’s Holistic Menstrual Awareness modules and have learned more about body literacy than any other format. I love that the lectures are intimate, welcoming, and that they include the historical and cultural context of the topic. I can’t wait to make my way through all of them! I highly recommend working with Rachel and feel lucky I get to learn from her!”

- Erin Williams, Royal Oak, MI

“I had my consult with Rachel a few weeks back and had a great experience. She is very passionate about what she does and is easy to open up to. Rachel is very knowledgeable and had a lot of great information to share about understanding and managing endometriosis, hormone imbalances and chronic pelvic pain. She spent time with me explaining the rationale of all her recommendations and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Living with chronic pain is difficult but our consult gave me hope that a holistic approach could finally provide me with some relief. Rachel was very caring and understanding throughout our call and I could tell she truly wanted to help me. I highly recommend her and her services!”
